The National Accreditation Board has held a training session for its staff on the use of the Paperless Document Management System (PDMS) geared towards the automation of the institution’s Registry.
The digitization of the Board’s Registry is aimed at eliminating issues of missing files and allow for multiple sharing of documents. Further, it would also reduce cost of printing and the carrying of heavy files around. The efforts of the Board to digitize its operations are designed to improve its efficiency and effectiveness. The PDMS is set to be launched in due course.
