The Minister of Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum has inaugurated the governing board of the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission with a charge to work assiduously towards the achievement of the Government’s agenda of increasing tertiary education enrollment and encourage the study of STEM programmes.

Members of the governing board, chaired by Prof. Kwame Boafo-Arthur, are Dr. Margaret Attuahene, Rev. Sr. Elizabeth Amoako-Arhen, Prof Mohammed Salifu, Mr. Benjamin K. Gyasi, Prof. John Gyapong, Prof. Bill Puplampu, Mrs Felicia Gyamfi Ashley, Mrs. Stella Badu, Dr. Kojo E. Mensah-Abroampa, Dr Fred Kyei Asamoah and Prof. Kwasi Opoku Amankwah.
