PUBLIC NOTICE
OTUMFOUR OSEI TUTU COLLEGE OF HEALTH – UNACCREDITED INSTITUTION AND ITS PROGRAMMES
The Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) wishes to inform the general public that the Otumfour Osei Tutu College of Health, located in Kumasi near the Tafo Government Hospital, is not accredited to operate as a tertiary institution or to offer any health-related academic programmes in Ghana.
Consequently, any certificates, diplomas, or degrees awarded by this institution are not recognised for purposes of employment, further education, or professional licensing-either in Ghana or internationally.
GTEC strongly advises students, parents, guardians, and the public to verify the accreditation status of institutions and their academic programmes through the Commission or other relevant national regulatory bodies before seeking admission. Enrolling in unaccredited institutions may result in significant loss of time, financial resources, and future professional opportunities.
This notice is issued to protect the public from misinformation and potential exploitation.
