The
Ghana
Journal of Higher Education is a peer-review Journal published by the Ghana
Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC). The Journal seeks to provide a forum for informed discussion on
challenges confronting higher education in Ghana, Africa and beyond. The
Editorial Committee of GTEC welcomes original high-quality, research and review
papers on funding, governance, leadership, quality and all aspects of higher
education. Case studies and papers on new trends transforming the character of
higher education like internationalisation of higher education are particularly
welcome.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR CONTRIBUTORS
All
articles should be submitted electronically to nctepublications@gmail.com
/publications@gtec.edu.gh
Articles
must be submitted as MSWord documents; each should contain the name,
professional title/institution (if any), and complete contact information for
each author. Articles should not exceed 5000 words in length and should be
double spaced (including endnotes, references and appendix) on A4 paper, one
sided only. Pages should be numbered.
Abstracts
Each
article should be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 250 words.
References
All works cited should be listed at the end of each article under
the headline REFERENCES. References should be listed alphabetically in the following
order: surname, initials, year of publication, title of article, title of
journal or book (in italics), place, study and publisher.
Notes on Contributors
Contributors are to provide a short profile of themselves. This
should not be more than 50 words.
