UNACCREDITED LEARNING CENTRES OF PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES

The Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) hereby brings to the notice of the public that the following Learning Centres/Campuses have not been accredited by the Commission:

1. University of Ghana Learning Centre, Koforidua
2. University of Ghana Learning Centre, Cape Coast
3. University of Ghana Learning Centre, Tamale
4. University of Ghana Learning Centre, Ho/Tsito
5. University of Ghana Learning Centre, Wa
6. University of Ghana Learning Centre, Bolgatanga
7. University of Ghana Learning Centre, Sunyani
8. University of Education Winneba Learning Centre at Jayee University College, Accra
9. University of Education Winneba Learning Centre at St. Theresa’s College, Anaji-Takoradi
10. University for Development Studies Learning Centre at Wa
11. University for Development Studies Learning Centree at Chereponi
12. Takoradi Technical University, Akatakyi Campus
13. Takoradi Technical University, Butumagyebi Campus
14. Methodist University Ghana, Tema Campus
15. Methodist University Ghana, Wenchi Campus

INSTITUTIONS WITH EXPIRED INSTITUTIONAL ACCREDITATION

The public is further informed that the Institutional Accreditation of the following institutions has expired:

GTEC strongly advises prospective students, parents, guardians, and the general public to verify the accreditation status of all institutions, Learning Centres, and academic programmes directly with the Commission before applying for admission.

Enrolling in unaccredited institutions or Learning Centres poses significant risks, including the possible loss of time, financial resources, and future career opportunities.

This notice is issued to safeguard the public, prevent misinformation, and protect individuals from potential exploitation.
